I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! It's located in a quiet area, just a short walk to the Schwarzsee paradise ski lift, making it super convenient for skiing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The bus stop nearby is also great for exploring the town or heading to the Matterhorn Express gondola. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a stunning view. The staff was incredibly kind and the breakfast was delicious, providing a great start to the day. The spa center was a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes, especially the whirlpool. I can't wait to come back and stay here again.
The spa center was a bit crowded and dated, which made it less enjoyable for those seeking a more relaxing and tranquil atmosphere.

The hotel was very clean with excellent facilities. Parking was convenient and transportation was easily accessible, with the nearest bus stop just a short walk away. The location was perfect for exploring Zermatt's very nice sights, including the main gondola and the Alpine center. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the location is absolutely stunning. Situated in a quiet area, it offers breathtaking views of the Matterhorn from my bed. Waking up to such a sight was truly incredible. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to the town center, allowing easy access to more restaurant options and other attractions. Moreover, the staff here are exceptional - always friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the basic amenities provided, such as the sauna/spa area and the delicious breakfast included, added a touch of luxury to my stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The parking space available was a great convenience for us. The location of the hotel, close to a tram stop, made it incredibly easy for us to travel into the city center.
